These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any coaching services provided by Michael Morelli Coaching. By using this site or scheduling a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on building practical skills and strategies for everyday life. It is not therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health care. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or believe you may need clinical care, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Coaching results depend on your active participation, openness, and willingness to apply what we discuss. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, and progress will vary from person to person. Your commitment to the process is the most important factor in what you get out of it.

3. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free, no-obligation conversations lasting approximately 20 minutes. They are designed to help us both determine whether coaching is a good fit for what you are looking for. Discovery calls are not coaching sessions and do not establish an ongoing coaching relationship.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Sessions are scheduled through the booking system on this site (Cal.com). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a cancellation fee at my discretion.

5. Payments

Fees for coaching packages or individual sessions will be communicated clearly before you commit. Payment is due before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds are offered for completed sessions, but unused sessions in a pre-paid package may be transferable in exceptional circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential. I do not disclose client information to third parties except where required by law (for example, if there is an imminent risk of harm to you or someone else). Confidentiality also does not apply if you explicitly request that I share information with another party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, worksheets, tools, and materials provided during coaching — is the intellectual property of Michael Morelli Coaching unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Morelli Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in coaching. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
