About Me

A different kind of life coach.

For most of my life, I have had to learn how to move through the world without feeling like I had the full set of tools most others seemed to have. Anxiety has been a constant companion. Sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, but always there, shaping the way I think, react, and navigate the world. There were other challenges too, the kind that do not show up on the surface but still manage to rearrange the inside of your life.

So I had to figure things out. Not in a dramatic, life changing moment, but in the slow and stubborn way you do when you do not have another choice: years of therapy, endless research, and the constant use of coping skills. I learned emotional regulation because I needed it to function. I learned communication skills because I was tired of feeling misunderstood. I learned how to break down overwhelming tasks because the alternative was shutting down. I learned how to stay grounded, how to stay organized, how to stay steady, even when I did not feel any of those things.

Somewhere in the middle of all that learning and changing, something shifted.

I realized I was not just surviving anymore. I was actually living.

I saw that I had crafted a kind of toolkit that allowed me to deal with things much better than I ever could before.

Now I want to use that same toolkit to help other people who feel like they are trying to navigate life without the manual so many others seem to have. People who are overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, confused, or just tired of feeling like they are always one step behind. People who need clarity, structure, and someone who understands what it is like to feel lost but still want to move forward.

I am not a therapist. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

What I do is different, and honestly, it is something I wish I had years ago.

I help people build the skills that make life feel manageable.

I help people communicate more clearly.

I help people break down the chaos into steps.

I help people understand what is happening, what matters, and what to do next.

I help people feel less alone in the process.

I have lived this.

I have had to learn these tools the hard way.

I know what it is like to feel like you are missing pieces, and what it feels like to finally start putting them together.

I am still a work in progress. I am still learning, still growing, still figuring out how to move through the world with the tools I have. I do not claim certainty, and I do not offer perfection. What I offer is something different. I offer lived experience. I offer honesty. I offer a way of breaking things down so they feel possible again. I offer a place where you do not have to pretend you have it all together. I have walked this path, and I am still walking it. And together we can make the path feel a little less overwhelming.

You do not need to have a plan. You just need to be curious about what it might look like to have a little more support.
