Inclusivity

A note on inclusivity

This badge is a small, plain commitment. You do not have to explain yourself, justify who you are, or wonder whether it is safe to bring something up. Below is what that means in practice.

LGBTQIA+ safe space

LGBTQIA+ people are welcome here, fully and without qualification. I use the name and pronouns you tell me. I do not treat your identity, relationships, or family structure as the problem to be worked on.

Your identity is part of who you are, not a diagnosis and not a project.

Neurodiversity-affirming

ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent ways of thinking are not deficits to be corrected. A lot of what gets labeled "motivation" or "discipline" is actually a mismatch between how a brain works and how a task is set up.

We work with how your brain actually functions — pacing, structure, sensory load, executive function — instead of trying to force a one-size-fits-all approach that was never built for you.

Disability

Clients with disabilities — visible, invisible, physical, cognitive, chronic illness, mental health — are welcome. Sessions are remote by default, which removes a lot of friction, and we can adjust pace, length, format, and communication style to fit what actually works for you.

If you have access needs, just tell me. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to ask for an accommodation.

A note on scope

Coaching is not therapy and is not clinical care. If you are looking for clinical support around gender, sexuality, trauma, mental health, or disability, I am happy to be honest about that and, where I can, point you toward affirming clinicians.

If anything I say or do ever lands wrong, you are welcome to tell me. I would rather hear it and adjust than have you sit with it.
